Full-Time Paralegal

A busy family law firm located in Sugar Land, TX is looking for an experienced family law paralegal. The firm is well organized and strong on technology (electronic files, no clutter, etc.). Salary is absolutely negotiable based on experience plus annual merit bonus; health insurance/401(k), & paid time off. You will be working with a team of experienced employees, and an extremely supportive, friendly and collegial environment and be given a chance to advance as the firm continues to grow. This position requires heavy drafting experience with complex decrees, discovery, heavy litigation preparation, experience at trial handling all exhibits for attorney, good people skills with clients and experience with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Pro, and CLIO or similar electronic firm management program; ability to manage a caseload (billable hour requirement) that is deadline driven where two or three things may need to be completed in the same week.
